Change default location of JOBLG files

Hi,

I'm wondering if it is possible to change the default location of job logs from /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global with SAP_BASIS Release 731?

I understand we can move Job logs to the database with SAP_BASIS 750 upwards as per Note 2587028.

The background to the question is that we are now required to keep 1.5 years of job logs to fulfil SoX requirements (currently keeping 14 days).

We can add space to the file system but it would require downtime so I'm looking to see if there are alternatives to this.
