Clarifying question for this: why do you need this on field level to implement it. RTI works as easy as connecting the CIF between ERP and APO. You configure which objects (material, location, source of Supply etc.) and the scope (which instances of these objects) in CFM1 in S4H and generate/active the models etc and it transfers the data to IBP. Some special might be of interest (like SourcesOfSupply for example end up being modeled in IBP as "Transportation Lanes") but shouldn't harm the overall attempt to implement it as it comes from SAP. Could it be that you are looking for extending such data ? RTI has some BADIs available for the different objects (see Integraiton S4H to IBP for OBP).
