CFM Integration model-Checkbox for plant disappears upon entering logical system

Hi experts,

I am trying to create integration model for new system in S4 Hana 1909. There are no prior integration models in this client. Also, location, material, PDS, etc. are already CIFed and visible in PPDS.

Under transaction CFM1, I can initially see all fields including plant, MRP Area, ATP check, etc. However, as soon as I enter logical system, these fields disappear. As a result, I am not able to generate the correct IM.

In addition to what R.Brahmankar has said, I would suggest you to go through the OSS notes 2434851 - How to setup Advanced Planning (PPDS) in S/4 HANA (CIF Basic Setup) and 2825650 - Restrictions and Implementation Recommendations for Production Planning and Detailed Sched... (relevant) for your release.
