Cartonization planning : CAP Process Profile in my Outbound delivery order ?

Hello Guru's,

Actually i'm working on cartonization process. My CAP process profile is "CART" . As you can see for my ODO 80000197 its OK :

But i tried a lot lot lot of times to create new ODO's with the same configuration but i cant find my process profil anymore ! as you can see in the screeshot below (i need this for my CAPDLV)

Can someone please explain to me how can i fix that ?

Hi Samir Nassah,

I guess its due to Activity Area maintained in Process profile determination and ODO's rough bin determination's activity area matched so process profile picked in your first delivery. Could you please check?

Process profile determines in below config.

SPRO->SCM Extended Warehouse Management->Goods Issue Process->Cartonization Planning->Determine Process Profiles for Cartonization Planning

Also to add a point,

We can use the same process profile for Cartonization Planning for across same activity area, we need to maintain * in activity area tab.

SCM Extended Warehouse Management -> Extended Warehouse Management -> Goods Issue Process -> Cartonization Planning -> Package Building -> Determine Process Profiles for Cartonization Planning

Same error I am getting here even though I have well maintained process profile in config.
