Carrier Invoice submission via MIRO in S/4 HANA (Embedded 2021)

Hi,

Please let us know what the different options we have to submit the carrier freight invoices in S/4 HANA for TM.

Because we are not using LBN, and our carriers are not EDI capable to submit the carrier invoices, but we would like to use the other option to submit the Carrier Freight invoice via MIRO transaction with reference to Freight order or Freight settlement document.

But when we checked in MIRO transaction for reference drop down menu where we can't see the Freight Order or Freight settlement document option in the drop-down menu to submit the Carrier invoice in MIRO after received the paper invoice from carrier. (Screenshot below).

is it some enhancement or customization required in order to see the Freight order or Freight settlement document as options in the drop down menu? . please let us know

Please let us know how to get the Freight order or Freight settlement document option in the drop-down menu in the MIRO transaction. (or) please let us know the alternate options.

Hi Sukumar

You need to add this user parameter TM_INVOICE_CLERK.

add this parameters and new tab will show you the possibilities to search for the TM comings from TM.
