We are planning outbound deliveries using TM and setting up milk run. Client wants ability to be able to assign reason code at the stop/freight unit level for analytics. Drivers are using a driver app where they confirm delivery for each job stop which will update the freight order stop with details and if there is delay then Driver can assign the reason through drop down at respective stop on Driver App.
