Hello All,

I have a scenario of Furnace is a critical Work center which is used for variety of prodcuts.

Every product is having a different curing time and different Lot.

Means Product A can be 8 Hrs for upto 10 numbers you can load at a time.

Same way Product B can be 10 Hrs for 5 numbers.

Also here the curing time is not for a Lot, it can vary depends on the need. Minimum 1 but can be any numbers.

If the Order comes for a Product A of 11 pc then it has to schedule and block two 8 Hrs slot and should not allow or open for other Products.

How do we map this in PPDS Capacity Planning?
