Yes, but if you are using SAP S/4HANA I strongly consider you to use the new Fiori Apps, because CM25 is part of the compatibility scope.

In planned orders there are no operation details.
How come the capacity palnning will happen.
You need to run MRP with detailed scheduling to see operation details. Also, make sure that there is a valid production version and routing for your planned order.
