Capacity is not showing in APO but available in R/3

Hi Experts,

Capacity is available in R/3 for a resource. But it is not showing in APO.

We tried ciffing the resource by deactivating and activating the resource. It didn't help though.

Could you please advice me how to transfer the capacity to apo for a specific Resource.

Hello,

In ECC work center check the APO resource tab that External Capacity is aactive

and CFC9 check the setting for Use Ext. Capacity should be set to A when you want to transfer capacity to APO.
