Capacity check while putAway

Hello Folks,

We want to enhance BIN handling. Each BIN has a max_pallets (1 or 2) [ we ceated a tvarvc var]. In /SCWM/IF_EX_CORE_PTS_CAPACHECK~CUSTOM_CAPA_CHECK, the system shows capacity as OK when part of an HU fits ( Putaway).

The problem is: the remaining quantity needs another BIN, but the check already says OK because part of the HU is in the BIN. How can we trigger the system to search for the next BIN for the remaining quantity?

Pls advice.
