Cannot use Exception code on warehouse task created by /n/scwm/adprod

Hi all,

I created and saved warehouse order using /n/scwm/adprod. During task confirmation i found less quantity in the source bin. So, i used BIDP, but the error coming that exception code cannot be used.

BIDP, Business context maintained as TIM, step 5 & 6

How to execute Exception codes like BIDP or BIDF in this case?

Business context TIM with 5 and 6 is used when you are using RF.

Since you are using /n/scwm/adprod, the Business context will be TIM with 1 and 2(Desktop).

Extend the customizing to 1 and 2.

It will work.
