Hello everybody,

Currently, I am facing the following issue - I am logged into SAP IBP planning area for DDR and I am loading the DDMRP Sample Template available from SAP Best Practices. Unfortunately, I am not able to go to the Edit Mode, to do simulation. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance.

BR,
Julian

Hi Julian,

Have you tried to fully reinstall the IBP Add-in already? If not, please try with the latest version and check if the issue persists:

Hi Ivan,

It turned out that now with the latest add-in version I am able to open those fields that used to be in grey.

Thanks a lot!

BR,
Julian

Hi Julian

Please try to add it in your favourties and see if system is considering the best practice file as a IBP template or not. If you are able to save it in your favourites then you should be abe to save them as templates from the template admin section of the excel UI

Hello Ayan,

Thanks for the answer. I followed your suggestion - I loaded the best practice file, save it as a favourite and then I added it to my template admin. Unfortunately, I got no success.

After logging into the corresponding planning area and loading the template I also got this message (I don't know if there is any connection to issue)

Another strange thing is that when I tried to refresh or change the chart within the planning view template another message popped up:

I have no issues with the charts in other planning areas. Currently, I am using the planning view template 2105, but the same errors I have with 2102.
