Cannot create planning scope with production BOM

I am creating the Planning scope in VEMP_MAINTAIN. But got the below issue. Any idea?

BOM with engineering usage can only be used to create planning scenarios. So Engineering BOM usage E needs to be configured accordingly. The BOM should be created with this usage E
