Hello expert

I am new in SAP community and I would like to know if anyone could advise if it is possible to cancel an outbound that is partial complete.

I have 4 articles in my outbound and the third line article line was confirmed with 0 quantity. How can cancel/revert that transaction? Because at the end, we need to cancel this outbound.

Thanking you in advance for your help!

Hello, let me explain a little bit more. pls refer to below EWM screenshot.
Ok, the warehouse put line 30 at 0 quantity because they did not have the stock, and then the picking is now in "status completed". Until now, I was unable to delete this outbound.

If anyone knows what are the steps and how to be able to delete this outbound, your help will be extremely appreciated.

Thanking you in advance for your help!

Hi ordi

Have you tried to delete OD for line 30 (step-1) then Cancpick (step-2) ?

Could you please check the OSS Notes for reference and let us know the result.

Hi ordi

Process to cancel:1> Delete EWM Outbound Delivery if exist 2> Delete process code code from document if you want

3> Try CANCPICK Kind Regards,Ajit

Hello Ajit,

When trying to delete the outbound delivery in PRDO, I got those 2-error messages.

Would you know how and and where I can fix this?

Hi ordi

You are selecting wrong position. This is not EWM outbound delivery(OD), it is called EWM outbound delivery order(ODO). Please follow steps to find EWM OD then delete if any OD exist.

Then Follow Step-2 and Step-3 of my previous post.

Kind Regards,

Ajit

Hello Ajit,

My apologies for asking so many questions,

If I delete the outbound as you are showing, does I will have access to the outbound document to delete the process code?

Hi ordi

"If I delete the outbound as you are showing, does I will have access to the outbound document to delete the process code?" -> Yes you would get the access to delete process code in ODO (Outbound Delivery Document).

If exist EWM Outbound Delivery, then delete EWM Outbound Delivery then delete process code from ODO. If not exist EWM Outbound Delivery, then delete process code from ODO.

Kind Regards,

Ajit
