Hi All,
I have one production order in our system with two components. Both components are relevant for staging via EWM.
After releasing the production order, I created the outbound delivery in ERP which is replicated to EWM. Both components (items) are available.
Anyway, somebody decides to cancel one of two items. Therefore, I used the process code in the posting Change with "quantity adjustment" and standard process code "O001 Warehous difference, adjust document". Unfortunately, the system doesn't create a PPF Action "Send ERP delivery Messages" for updating the outbound delivery in ERP.
In this case I have a data inconsistency between EWM and ERP, because two different documents have different quantities.
Did I something wrong? Wrong settings in customizing? Anybody out there who has an idea?
