Cancelation and return delivery not possible

Hello!

What option do I have to cancel my GR after all the WT got confirmed? With MIGO I can't choose cancellation or return delivery either. On both ways I get the error message Meldungsnr. VLA302 which says it is not possible after it got distributed in a decentralised system.

Hi Jan,

Once the delivery is already distributed and completed in the EWM system, the reversal can no longer be done in the ECC system. This is the system standard behavior.
