Cancel Delivery Request - Stuck Queue on EWM side, delivery not created and no longer needed

ERP delivery is distributed to EWM, but getting stuck in queue due to missing customizing. Related errors:

• Could not create header data delivery &1, system &2 (/SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION012)
• No document type found for delivery type &1 from system &2 (/SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION002) 

The delivery is no longer needed, need to be cancelled / rejected.

Error "Could not create header data delivery &1, system &2" (/SCWM/ERPINTEGRATION012) is always added to the log, when the EWM delivery can't be created. This is a general error message. The other message is more specific, like in above question (of course there are other messages to reflect specific scenarios).

Check the context of the delivery. If the delivery was created by accident and not need to be processed in EWM, it can be rejected via Warehouse Monitor.

If the delivery is still required, check if the missing customizing can be created, or if the delivery needs to be created with different parameters. In this case, you may also need to reject the stuck delivery to create a new one from scratch.
