Can we define "Target group" in each client （STMS)?

Hi,

Depends on which client the TR was created, can we select specific target group?
I want to define target group in each client.

Eg) About TR were created in DEV-CL100, the TR can select only /QAS_100/ (target group).

About TR were created in DEV-CL300, the TR can select only /QAS_100200300/(target group).

Thank you Hariom,
I checked the URL. I got it about how to set the target group.
I want to control the target group depend which client we log in.
eg)
When log in client 100, target group just /QAS_100/ is able to be selected.( It can not be selected /QAS_100200300/)
