Can we create Internal Batch No during the initial stock upload in EWM using /SCWM/ISU transaction? I'm getting an error - Enter the batch number. I'm expecting to generate batch no internally.

In general, it is possible to generate internal batch numbers during the initial stock upload in EWM using /SCWM/ISU transaction.

You will need to create a batch determination strategy in customizing and set it to use internal batch number assignment. Then, during the stock upload, you can enter a dummy batch number or leave it blank and the system will automatically generate an internal batch number based on your strategy.

If you are getting an error message asking to enter a batch number, it could be due to missing customizing or configuration settings. You may need to review your settings and make changes accordingly to enable the internal batch number assignment.

Thank you for your suggestion. Would you please share the config node/setting which can help to resolve the above error? I tried maintaining the internal no assignment but still got the same error message.
