We have a scenario here.
We got a storage location which is mapped to multiple plants.
The Storage locations contains the Raw Materials (Components) and there's a constraint on the availability of it. Even though we got 100 units physically, only 90 are available for supply for one time period.
- Now we are thinking of configuring a KF 'Stock On Hand' and write the calculation at the component planning level and load the data 90 units for that Storage Location-Component-Time period. And we also maintain the Production Source of Supply(BOM) respectively.
If we run the Optimizer at the Product level, will it consider that 90 units and gives the production receipts accordingly?
Please throw some light on this
