Can ITrigger email Output in the Background using the transaction ME59N or ME9F ?

I have an throuble:

IF in PO Message dispatch time is 4 (),the message is not seen in the SOST queue even though the status is successfully processed.

If Message dispatch time is 3 and the Tx ME9F is programmed as background job, the message also does not reach the queue of the transaction SOST.

The only way the message reaches to the queue of the transaction sost is if I set Message dispatch time in 3 (Send with application own transaction)

and execute the transaction ME9F online

Then, sending the message in background does not work for me

I need help to analyze the origin of this problem and to be able to solve it.
