Calculation failed; party not available Error when click Calculate charges in Service Order in TM

Dear All,

In Transport management, While creating service order for Freight Order, When i click "Calculate Charges'' it shows error, "Calculation failed; party not available".

All Rate table, charge calculation sheet and Freight Agreements are done.

Where to give Party details? who is the party in this scenario?

Hi Vimal,

1. Check if you have assigned a carrier to the freight order (Business Partner tab) .

2. Check if a freight agreement exists for the same carrier.

3. In case you have multiple purchasing organization, please ensure that the freight order and freight agreement have the same purchasing organization.

I hope you have configured all charge calculation and settlement document settings correctly for your freight order type.

Hi Piyush kumar,

Thanks for reply. I checked these config and all are correctly maintained.

The way i entered party number in the field after entered the Purchase Org that only making error.

First need to Enter party then Purchase Org..now charges are calculating.
