Hello Experts!

I have a question and i can't find the answer anywere... I have a key figure that is calculated like this:

KF1@reques= SUM("KF1@wkprodloccust"

KF1@wkprodloccust=("KF2@wkprodloccust" * "KF3@wkprod")/1000

And it does its job but the problem is, i have users with permission filters that have read and write access for some keyfigures with a restriccion made by a customer attribute... So when they try to see the data for the KF1, it is null or blank because of the level of the KF3.

KF1 is calculated

KF2 is also calculated

KF3 is stored

How can I resolve this issue?

Thanks in adnvance!

Hi Pamela,

If Customer ID is the one you talk about, please add Customer ID is empty to the permission filter given to the user.
Permission only gives access to the key figures on base planning levels involving the condition attribute.
("Customer ID is empty" could grant access.)

best regards,
Jason

Hello Pamela

This is kind of inherent design of Permission Filters and Permission filters should be carefully chosen to represent all the underlying stored Key-Figures. In this case your permission Filter should include Product attribute as part of filters.
