C4C Workflow - 'Release to FSM' not visible as a condition

Hello,

I'm attempting to create a workflow in C4C such that when a ticket status is updated to 'Completed' and the standard ticket field 'Released to FSM' = 'Yes', this triggers an email to be sent to the customer.

My issue is that when defining the workflow conditions, it appears the option 'Release to FSM' is not available.

Has anyone been in a smiiliar situation and know how to resolve the issue?

Hi chris_alves,

At the moment, this standard field is not yet available in the workflow condition. You can raise your request in the Influence forum: https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1867

For now, there is a field "Released to FSM" available in the ticket overview-> Additional Information. Please copy this value in to an extension field and use it in your workflow rule.
