[Byd] How to create a demand plan using API services

Dear SAP Support

I am using the API service to register a demand plan.

API service:ManageDemandPlanIn

When I sent a request referring to the help library, an error 'Processing failed; demand plan ID ABC does not exist' occurred and I was unable to register.

I would like to know how to register a demand plan using the API service. Is it also possible to register a demand plan from the API?

Dear customer,

According to the Help Library Maintain data for demand plans, the Demand Plan has to be created and should be active in the ByDesign system.

It means that the system only supports the operation to update the existing demand plans, instead of creating a new demand plan.

That's why you encounter the error in the response payload.
