Hi team,
Technicians have the possibility to fill specific Checkout/Checklist built in FSM.
Checklist are manually attached to the activity, at assignment and then closed and filled by FSEs.
Then they can be send under PDF format or Excel format from their device via the option "Print & Send".
Is there a possibility to create a business rule that could automatically send a specific checklist to an email address ? (under XLS format, for instance).
