BULK WORK ORDER CREATION

Is it possible to create work orders in bulk. Possibly using Excel to create the data for load. The driver is for when requested to inspect all outfalls for vegetation for example, all we would need to do is populate every outfall ADH code into the sheet with the description, then load it into SAP and all work orders be generated rather than a person raising all the jobs in work portal?
