‘Bucket Consumption’ - in ‘PDS Operations’ tab - from where this field gets value ?

1 ) From where ‘Bucket Consumption’ gets values in ‘PDS Operations’ tab ?

2 ) How and where the ‘Bucket Consumption’ value is used in APO and ECC ?

3 ) How and where the ‘Base Quantity’ in ‘Routing: Operation Overview’ will be updated in PDS in APO ?
