BTC job is genetaing more spool pages

Dear Team,

In one of the ECC system, BTC job is generating more than 1 Lack pages and but the actual data was 5 to 10 pages.

So please me to decrease the page count in Sp01.

Hope you're doing good.
Could you confirm on below points:

1. Is the selection criteria (in the background job) and the manual selection criteria (where you get 5-10 pages) are exactly same ?
2. Is it a standard job that you are executing ? If you could tell a bit about what that job is related to.

Thank you so much for your reply Gautham

The job is running once in a day and it is a customizing program. In sp01 it was showing 81000 thousand pages.

I have taken the same data in Excell sheet, data was showing 9 Pages.print-specifications.pngprint-specifications.png.

I'm sharing the screen shorts of job print specification setting and sp01 page count.

Please help me to decrease the page count.
