Broken Statistical Forecasting in IBP S&OP

Hello Experts,

I somehow broke the statistical forecasting funtion in my planning area. When I run a statistical forecast, I receive "Error" in the Statistical Forecasting Status, but surprisingly (and in comparison to what I have experienced so far) I do not receive an error log - it just says error.

I tried to create new/change Statistical Forecasting Profiles and their input/output key figures. I created new key figures on new planning levels and used them as input/output key figures. I checked the planning operators of my planning area. Anyhow, the result remains the same and i cant make it work again.

Now I am running out of options, especially because I cannot see an error log to guide me. In other Planning Areas, the forecasting function works just fine.

Any ideas what might be the cause of the problem or how I could gain access to an error log?

Hello Holger

If there are any unexpected errors in the backend, you will not see the error in the UI. We will need to access the system to check the root cause of the error.Can you please create an OSS message to look in the issue?
