Upon using broadcast tendering to assign a carrier to FO , when one of the RFQ is cancelled ,TM is sending cancellation messages (mail) to that carriers and also all other carriers are copied in TO list.
how to avoid sending cancellation mails to rest of all the carriers in broadcast tendering.
