Broadcast Freight settlement documents charge calculation issue.

We are implementing broadcast tendering best offer in TMS in testing when we receive and process the bids from the carriers the winning bid shows under the charges the adjusted / quoted amount of the carriers bid.  That is the only line that shows.  See screen shot Bid charge line on freight order with the bid amount of 1671.18

When the freight settlement document is created the original calculated lines are along with the adjusted quote are calculated together combining the charges together.  See freight settlement defect screen shot showing the bid amount under the Adj charge type is being combined with the Lane Minimum charge line making the payout 3342.36 instead of the 1671.18 expected.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Kindly enable "Calculate Charges after Tendering" in Tendering Process Setting in config and try to test.

Unfortunately, that did not solve the issue. I discovered more with some testing automatic carrier selection is performed. The top rank carrier has the charge tab populated with its freight agreement and rate sheets. If they submit with the lowest bid and will the charges calculate taking in adjusted amount subtracting from their original calculated rate to the amount submitted as the bid. If any other carrier wins the bid their calculation sheets are not taken into account and are removed with only the ADJ line that shows their bid amount. When the FSD drops with that it is re calculated at FSD creation and adds the winning bid with their calculated rate.
