Branding feature SAP FSM

Hi all,

what are the custom branding opportunities that exists with SAP FSM?

I just found in company settings 2 settings to set primary and secondary color:

Seems to work for the admin area and the iOS app. But for the workforce manager unfortunately not.

Is there as well the possibility to change the SAP logo to our own logo?

And in the workforce manager the colors are not applied, is there no possibility to change to color as well there?

Hi Deborah,

It says "Not all applications are supporting"

You can change Customer-Self-Service interface logo via another settings parameter.

Once SAP moves this product from AWS to the SAP Cloud, under ServiceCloud, I hope all these settings will have a standard approach as we used to use in native SAP products. 🤞🏼
