Hello FSM users,
We will be implementing FSM shortly, but we have an issue. If we have a large job of. ex. 80 hours, we need to book the technician over 10 days, Even though we have set up working time for the technician in FSM from 08:00 to 16:00, it does not split the activity over 10 days. It starts on 08:00 and then continues over the next 80 hours without any breakes.
Anybody that can tell us what we can do in order to only book the 80 hours within working hours.
