BOM Alternative item group - Strategy 2

Hello Experts,

I have been checking BOM alternative Item group option with Strategy 2. One component with 100 Probability and other component with 0 Probability. When Production order Material availability check. System picks first component. When No stock for first component. System picks second component. My question : When my first component has no available stock but future stock like Pur reg which has delivery date before Requirement dates. But still System propose second component. I want System to consider first component Pur req.

FYI. I have done config scope of check settings to consider Pur. req & Purch order.
