BN4L FC apps selection in Carrier tenant

Hello,

For carriers/LSPs connected to BN4L FC via Web UI, is there a way how to control which apps they have accessible? Internally in test tenant we can control it via BTP roles, but in Production this is not the case. Does anyone know whether there is a way how to limit which tiles Carrier/LSP can see?

E.g. if we implement only subcontracting and self-billing, all remaining apps/tiles (like DAS, freight execution, invoice freight docs...etc.) are not relevant for the carrier.

Hi Katarina,

please also check the admin guide for carriers for further information.

However, as of today, there is no such functionality available as requested. If this is required by a customer, an improvement request can be raised through the customer influence portal.

I am familiar with admin guides, however as you confirmed my suspicion, nowadays there is no possibility to control and limit number of apps for Carriers. Customer Influence Portal sounds like an option.

Hi Katarina,

Did you tried to create a specific Role Collection to your carriers/LSPs in "production" settings in BTP Cockpit ?
I suggest you to check all roles available for Carriers in the link below and try tro create a specific Role Collection
according to your needs.

If you already tried this option or does not worked, I think it's a good scenario to raise an Incident in SAP using SBN-LBN component ok.
