Blocking Price change in a PO when Price is fetched by IR

Hi folks,

I want to block price changes in a PO when an IR exists but if there is no IR, they should be able to enter a price.

If I make NETPR display entering a price for a material without IR would not be possible.

Is there any solution you could suggest for this situation?
