Blocked Outbound Delivery Order

In our EWM system we have the situation were we have multiple Outbound Delivery Orders which are in blocked status (red light) even though the Goods Issue has been completed. When checking its status we receive the following error message:

'Item and warehouse process type have different merchand. dist. processes' (/SCWM/DELIVERY408)

Has anyone else encountered this situation and know how to de-block these ODO's ?

Not sure what else is causing the issue David.

Maybe it is a good idea to have a developer debug the test data.

Hi David,

Can you please check the below settings?

1. Warehouse Product master, Warehouse Data tab, field 'Adjustment Profile'. If you are not using Merchandise Distribution cross docking, keep the field empty.

2. Set the value to 'No Merchanide Distribution' for the WPT in question if you are not using Merchandise Distribution cross docking.

Menu path: SAP Customizing Implementation Guide-->SCM Extended Warehouse Management->Extended Warehouse Management->Cross-Process Settings->Cross-Docking (CD)->Merchandise Distribution->Define Merchandise Distribution Process for Warehouse Process Type

Please let me know if it resolved the issue.

Dear Veeresham,

Thanks for your answer, I have double checked the settings:

- For the warehouse product, the Adjustment Profile field is empty

- In the SPRO activity 'Define Merchandise Distribution Process for Warehouse Process Type', the warehouse process type from the ODO is not listed. Hence, I tried adding it to the configuration, and afterwards pressed the 'Check' button again but the error message remained the same even though the value was set to 'No Merchandise Distribution'.
