In our EWM system we have the situation were we have multiple Outbound Delivery Orders which are in blocked status (red light) even though the Goods Issue has been completed. When checking its status we receive the following error message:
'Item and warehouse process type have different merchand. dist. processes' (/SCWM/DELIVERY408)
Has anyone else encountered this situation and know how to de-block these ODO's ?
Can you please check the below settings?
1. Warehouse Product master, Warehouse Data tab, field 'Adjustment Profile'. If you are not using Merchandise Distribution cross docking, keep the field empty.
2. Set the value to 'No Merchanide Distribution' for the WPT in question if you are not using Merchandise Distribution cross docking.
