How can we block the TM Execution process once the Transport Planning done in Freight Booking ?

To reiterate your requirement, you want that the FB is placed on Execution Block after Transportation Planning is performed successfully.

I would suggest to use a custom change controller strategy that would check if the FB has changed status to Planned, and set the Execution Block. You may also want to create an appropriate Block Profile and assign it to the FB type.
