Blanket Agreement approval not showing to Approver in Mobile App/Desktop App in SAP B1 HANA

Dear All, 

One user has drafted Blanket Agreement/Sales Order, it is going for approval as per approval template, but it is not showing to approver in alert in his mobile app and desktop App. 

I am not able to find out why it is happening. Please help me out.

Thank you for looking into this matter

Approver is not able to see approval alert in desktop app as well.

Sometimes it shows, but sometimes it doesn't appear and approver has to go to approval status report to check pending approval and has to approve manually.
I am not able to find why it is happening.
