I'm new here, and I'm a sales Admin.
I'm facing an issue while generating the maintenance report for a newly installed machine the serial number is showing blank, although inside the service order itself it's showing clearly.
Any idea what could be the problem and how can be fixed. (This is the first time i experience this issue)
