BINMAT Capacity

Our BINMATs are not creating Replenishment when required. When we set the Minimum Capacity to 0 and the bin hits 0 it creates the Replen. When we set the Minimum capacity to 2 and the bin hits 2 units it doesn't create the Replenishment. Any ideas why?

We currently have bins with the following attributes set up:

LS02 Max Capacity 4units

BINMAT Max Capacity 4units

BINMAT Min Capacity 2units

MAT1 Min Replen for Storage Type: 2units

HUs available in the DC of 2 units.

When Stock goes less than minimum only, the replenishment start. zero can be the exception.
