bestfit forecast doesnt store the results into the Target KF mentioned in the forecast model

Hello All,

Bestfit forecast doesn't store the results into the Target KF mentioned in the forecast model.( Baseline stat fcst). I can store the individual Forecast algorithms results into other KF's but when I do bestfit it doesn't work, though its successfully executed and I can see from the log it has assigned the bestfit but when I open the excel planning view it says "0" in the Baseline Stat fcst KF?

What is the base planning level of your key figure? This info is not visible on your screenshot...

the only idea I would have without further digging is, that the BPL of all the other KF is more detailed. Reason is that log sais the planning combination does nit exist. And if you have your system parameter set that no automatic planning combination shall be created, than it would not be able to be stored

On which level do you execute the FC, on same than the result KF? Or maybe you flagged accidentally an atttribute that the BOL does not provide?

this is how I ran the fcst. its at the same level which stat fcst KF is.

My guess based on the info in the forecast log: the base planning level of the key figure is at MTHPRODLOCCUSTUOMTO but should be MTHPRODLOCCUST. Possible?

But that is the same calculation we did which we have in UNIPA planning area for Statistical fcst KF.

Not sure what I am missing here?

Its at MTHPRODLOCCUST level.
