in BCS I can implement different types if FS Item tableaus. This structure does not not necessarily reflect my reporting structure. For example the reporting structure and the specific KPIs can consume FS Items filtered by specific dimensions. The logic I have in mind is pretty much as it is used in SAP Group Reporting (Reporting hierarchies + reporting rules). But in GR the reporting rules are limited to standard dimensions, which does not work out well.
Is there any option in BCS to implement this FS Item / KPI Hierarchy for example via a virtual cube? It is important that this hierarchy can be used generically.
