Batch Characteristic to be copied during stock transfer

I have a finished material FG1 in production plant PP1. I have batch management enabled as plant level. In plant PP1 this FG1 has batch number say B01 and in batch class there is an characteristic as LABEL which is having a value.
Now there is a STO from non production plant NPP1, the delivering plant is PP1 from batch B01. At the time of GR(MIGO) in NPP1 i wish to copy value of char LABEL from B01 of plant PP1 to batch(it may be new bacth number or same) of plant NPP1.

Kindly suggest how achieve it.
