Hello,

Please check the base unit of measure in /SAPAPO/MAT1, it is not possible to change the Base Unit of Measure in APO, It is possible to change the Base Unit of Measure in the ERP System if material is not used.

For a certain key figure, field "UOM" is checked in planning area setting (transaction /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN), so that it could be displayed in product's base UOM in the planning books.
