Do any current SAP customers utilize FSM for barcode scanning and proof of service for customers you are providing service to? Through smartforms, we are finding that there are a lot of extra clicks when we try to scan a piece of equipment. Instead of just utilizing a scan button, we are finding we need to click on a search button, then click on a scanning feature, and then scan the equipment. The extra clicks are costing a lot of time for technicians providing service in the field so we are trying to find alternatives to make scanning faster for our field technicians.
