Balance mismatch in report

Hi Experts,

Need your help

I have added a query in report for the PO's who's balance is zero and the query is as follows

IF s005-low = 1 AND s005-high = 99999999

Delete xekko Where balance = 0.

EndIF

and the bug I'm getting is that when I'm giving the balance range from 1.00 to 99999999 the total is not equal to the total where I'm including Po's who's balance is zero.

For both the condition balance total should be same but it is different.
