BADIs for Dispute case creation in FBL5N transaction

Hello All,

When creating a new Dispute case in FBL5n tcode - once we fill attributes details and click on SAVE case - is there any BADI trigerred at that time of saving?

My question: once i create a new dispute after i click on save , i need to send dispute details in a email to certain mail ids - how can this be acheivable ? is it mandatory to implement workflows or there is any BADi or user exit to trigger the mails?

Please help.

in debugging i found this BADI : FDM_BEFORE_SAVE - will this be any helpful?

But in the link it is mentioned - email will be triggered automatically when dispute is created - can you explain in detail how it is triggered automatically?

I have gone through the links which are helpful for configuring step - email part is not mentioned - is it through configuration or BADis.
