I create wt referance to warehouse request. In some case, i want to modify destination bin.

Any badi implementation ?

I can modify destination bin with /SCWM/IF_EX_CORE_CO_IMPORT~CHANGE .

...not sure about an option that can be called during creation itself. You could try to implement

/SCWM/EX_CORE_PSC_PROCESS which can be used to manipulate destination bin during processing/confirmation (looks like it needs HUs / POSC - not sure whether this is the case for you).
